In addition to the essential items you may enter further personal information for your info page.

• Phone numbers
• Address — the postal address.
• Image URL — the URL of a photograph of yourself as .gif or .jpeg file. Maybe you use such a URL in your personal home page on the Web. If you enter an image from your local computer system via [Add image], BSCW will upload the picture, so that BSCW does not need to access your local system in order to display the picture later on.
• Home page — the URL of your personal home page on the Web.
• Other information — The text you enter here will be shown in address books and member lists of your workspaces below the line containing your name.
  BSCW will convert HTML text in this field (between <P> and </P>) so that it is interpreted by Web browsers. Thus, text in this field may include a link to Web pages of your organization or department — which is not possible in the ‘Organization’ field.
