Each BSCW user has a personal task list that contains all tasks that the user is supposed to carry out as contractor. The task list is accessed via  GoTo    Tasks  or the tasks icon in the instant access bar. When a task is first requested, it appears in the task list of all task contractors assigned. When a user loses the contractor role, e.g. by deleting or rejecting a task, it disappears from the user’s task list.

The task list also contains project processes for which the user is responsible (see 8.1) and flow folders in which the user is to carry out the current task (see 8.2).
