Tasks represent something that a requestor wants to have done by on or more other users called contractors. Like an ordinary folder, a task may contain relevant material. But a task may also be split up into subtasks which in turn may be linked into a workflow by means of data fields. The tasks that a user is supposed to carry out as contractor are contained in the user’s personal task list (see 8.3).
