Changing the specific task attributes is only possible when the task may be requested, i.e. has status initial, request withdrawn, objected or rejected. Changing is done by the task creator or requestor using   Change    Task  in the action menu of a task entry or  File    Change    Task  in the task view. The form for changing task attributes includes facilities to create new data fields, rename or delete existing data fields, assign different contractors and enter a new task duration.
