You are able to determine the way your folders are displayed via the  View  menu in the top menu bar:

• choose  View    Columns  to select what attributes are displayed in the columns;
• choose  View    Scale    ...  to scale BSCW’s font size;
• choose  View    Sort    by ...  to sort the items in a folder;
• choose  View    Shortcuts  to show or hide the action shortcuts;
• choose  View    Descriptions  to show or hide the descriptions of the folder entries;
• choose  View    Foldout  to enable or disable the display of subfolders.
