To adjust several settings choose  Options    Calendar   and use the form which pops up in your browser. The following options are given and you may activate the corresponding checkboxes:

• Appointments made in one of your workspaces should be included in the personal calendar automatically.
• Appointments of different classes should be highlighted by color.
• If your presence is not required any longer the corresponding appointment should be deleted automatically.
