I installed the prerequisites first to include Zlib and OpenSSL. I changed the install location to /usr/local/ssh. I have made no manual configuration changes yet. I started the sshd daemon and it is running. I try to use it and I get nothing when I try to do the following: /usr/local/ssh/bin/ssh -l loginname machine.domain.com I hit return and and it justs sits there. What am I doing wrong or what do I still need to do? I have found nothing on how to actually use ssh or what options and capabilities or configurations you can do.
