In the next step the project manager defines specific processes of the project. For this purpose the project manager switches into the project and selects  File    New    Process   .

The project manager has to enter a name and an optional description of the new process. In addition, the specification of a process start and end date is necessary, as well as the selection of an owner for the process. The owner of a process is chosen from a selection list of all project workspace members.
