To create a new "Project" folder the project manager has to select  File    New    Project  

This will bring up a form which allows the project manager to enter a name and an optional description of the new project.

After creating a new project folder, you may invite more members and convert the project folder into a shared workspace. To create a shared workspace proceed as described in section

• "4.4 Creating and managing a shared workspace" and
• "4.5 Workspace membership".
