Contents:
Translation of high-level languages to machine code. Lexical analysis, syntax analysis, syntax-directed compilation, type checking, naive code generation. The students construct a compiler producing executable code.
Requirements:
Examination, exercises and programming assignment.

T-79.1001/T-79.148 and T-106.1240/T-106.235/T-93.270.

Lectures are in Finnish. Exercises are also in English.
