Registration and fees


The participants should confirm their participation by sending acknowledgement message to Lauri Malmi (Lauri.Malmi@tkk.fi) by 5th of October.  In the message they should also inform, whether they take part of the doctoral consortium only, or do they participate the Koli Calling conference, as well (highly recommended).

Those, who participate the Koli Calling conference, must register the conference by the conference web site.  You should give the following information in the registration form.

There is no participation fee for those who participate the Koli Calling conference.  Otherwise the participation fee is 30 euros covering lunch and coffee.  Payment information is given separately to those, who need it.

Travelling to Joensuu and hotels

You can reach Joensuu from Helsinki using Finnair flights (about one hour) or by train (about 5 hours).  For flight information, see Finnair web site. For train information, see here

There are several hotels at Joensuu Center.  Just Google "Hotels Joensuu" and you find several links.  Science park is about one kilometer from Joensuu center.
