T-106.270 Basic Course in Programming T3 (4 cr)

Course description:

Object-oriented programming, design, and modeling. Design patters. Fundamentals of concurrent, distributed and network applications. Introduction to the object-oriented implementation of user interfaces and graphical applications. Methods of software development.

The course is intended for CSE degree students only. Java and C++ are allowed in programming assignments. This course replaces the course Tik-76.014.

Prerequisites for the course:

T-93.210, T-106.230 and T-106.250.

T-106.270 in English:

The lectures of the course are held in Finnish. You are warmly recommended to purchase the course book, especially if you can not understand the lectures. Assignments and instructions on the course WWW site will be published in both languages, Finnish and English.
